"This winter is the beginning of something new and something great. It's time to transform this season into that of exploration and discovery, expanding my personal boundaries and shifting my entire thought on what winter in the mountains looks and feels like."

Since moving to Whistler, my winters and summers have grown into a somewhat stark contrast. Summers are defined by widespread exploration by foot, pedal and paddle continuously expanding my boundaries while my winters tend to be enjoyed in comfort inside the ski area boundary and at my part time job photographing at Powder Mountain Catskiing.
This winter is the beginning of something new and something great. It's time to transform this season into that of exploration and discovery, expanding my personal boundaries and shifting my entire thought on what winter in the mountains looks and feels like.
Inspired by others and making this commitment to myself, there is no longer any excuses or any reason to hold back. I want to get out and explore more beyond everything I know.
If this overnight trip is any indication of what the winter will bring, I'm already hooked!
